DIMENSIONS: Size L2/L3 – keeps on sizes no larger than 12-14 cm by adults varying between male and female
ORIGINE: Queensland, in Australia
AMBIENTAMENT VALUES: temperature 23-25C during the day, 22-24 degrees Celsius night humidity 55-60%
ALIMENTATION: mostly bramble leaves but, they accept most of the time, oak leaves, ligustro and hazel, preferring those particularly tender and fluffy branches
TIP CONS: medium-sized terrarium or faunabox, 20x20x30 or 50 cm; area of the terrarium is important.
The substrate should be low around 3/4 cm peat and/or vermiculite, along with tropical plants and branches to allow better internal handling of these insects. Daily spraying is required to keep indoor moisture constant and promote hydration for these insects, especially in the morning.
