SIZE: reaching 7 to 10 cm as adults
FOUND IN: Zanzibar Island and Tanzania
ENVIRONMENTAL VALUES: Temperature 24–26°C (day) / 20–22°C (night); humidity 80/90%

Occasional supplementation with fish food is recommended to provide a welcome protein boost.
SETUP: Terrarium or faunabox (30x30x30 cm or larger) with a coconut fiber-based substrate and small natural furnishings (roots, moss, sphagnum, leaves, etc.). Additional natural or artificial decorations are optional. Misting is essential: every 2–3 days in winter, and daily during the summer.
