This lamp, of very high construction quality, does not emit light but only heats objects and animals without disturbing the latter, thus using the lamp both day and night for the creation of special photoperiod, important for the welfare of the animals.
Thanks to the optimal yield (60w correspond to 100w of a normal ceramic lamp) and to the internal reflector, maximum efficiency of the lamp occurs inside the terrarium, with economic savings on electricity consumption.
It is advisable to use this lamp with a special lamp holder with E27 socket and it can also be dimmed with a thermostat, favoring a more precise regulation.
