ZeoAqua is our 5-8 mm particle size aquarium zeolite, completely natural, free from impurities and artificial treatments. It can be used in freshwater and marine aquariums for optimal filtration of certain substances, primarily ammonium (a precursor to ammonia in aquariums, which is highly toxic), thus preventing the subsequent formation of NO2 and NO3 (nitrites and nitrates).
In marine aquariums, reducing these substances allows for more vigorous and balanced growth of the corals in the tank.
It is supplied in convenient packs of various sizes to meet the needs of aquarium enthusiasts, from nano tanks to larger and more complex tanks.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Wash the material with osmosis water before placing it in a zeolite reactor (recommended) or a nylon mesh bag placed in the filter (internal or external, such as a sump). We recommend a dosage of 1kg/per 400 litres of the tank for no more than 12 weeks from the first addition.
