Dynastes hercules occidentalis or hercules beetle is one of the largest insects in the world, reaching up to 15 cm in length; it is also considered a great lucky charm in Japanese culture

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: terrarium or faunabox 30x30x30 or even larger, substrate about 15 cm high with peat and coconut fiber, mixture with foliage and plant debris that will especially support the larva in the development stage.
